Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Form 13 d/a filing - wtf is this?

Community friends - any idea what this filing indicates?

https://www.stocktitan.net/sec-filings/XRX/schedule-13d-a-xerox-holdings-corp-amended-major-shareholder-report-bf53a3f1aefe.html

From a quick google search seems this indicates an investor could be making changes? Thoughts? Apologies in advance if this is a useless post!

Temu Icahn takes control of the "company" for less than the price of a house in Greenwich. They probably think they can monetize developing tech in PARC. Wait until they find out we gave it away.

@c6 They spent ~$2.3 million last week, and with now owning ~5.8% of all shares have a position of ~$20.8 million in equity, as of right now at 2.77/share. With $4.28 billion in debt, their 5.8% corresponds with ~$248, 240,000 of the outstanding debt. People talk about debt, but that is what the ratios look like when you are talking about XRX. It's hard to comprehend the level of debt when you look at it closely.

Also, they lose money each and every day, so it not like they are working through it.

They bought 800,000 more shares on 7/9 & 7/10. They own over 5% and have to file amendments on the 13-D whenever they buy/sell. Share price when they started buying on 7/9, $2.78, share price today in premarket, $2.77.

The vast majority of institutional investors are under 5% and can, and have been selling, quietly. We'll find out on 8/15 who owns what, when institutional ownership gets reported as of 6/30/26.

Don't ask who is buying, ask who is selling.

You smart a s s commentators that believe they know it all, are a total and complete joke.

Xerox is a train wreck in slow motion.
Some of us knew when to step away from the disaster. Maybe we have seen it before.
Ya think?…..

Old news: it's an investor purchasing stock back in May 26. It's certainly NOT a WTF moment, although it's important to the company and its future. STARTEEPO specialises in long term deep change investment, and it is reported that it believes Xerox is consistently undervalued and is classed as a 'supportive and optimistic' shareholder. I know bad news for all the naysayers who bitterly seem to want Xerox to fail, but it would appear that there may be some signs of long-term recovery for the company.

Stop trying to create drama. Go watch the real housewives instead.
