What level of pain do you anticipate your PL will inflict upon you after your VSP is denied?

@ac I agree, especially those Dir and above who have been here for years. they are more expensive.
People Leaders aren't exempt from the VSP. In fact, they are probably bigger targets for being let go than individual contributors.

I have a great PL, but the team I'm on su-ks. I'm not sticking around for the bullsh-t.
None. Your PL was offered VSP too, so they're thinking through the same dilemmas as everyone else. If they volunteered, they've got the same anxiety as you right now.
All of this VSp stuff is happening way above most PL's heads. they probably won't have any say in your VSP application. We're all cogs in the same machine right now.
