Few years ago there was Data and Analytics talent shortage. AI replaced this skillset. In a couple of years, we will need these data and analytics experts again with advanced human discerning skills. Just not analytical - build those and you are a unicorn.

What is the source of this information and what percentage of people will be laid off? Also is it Happening ONLY in US or across I disn and US?
