@ak
I had to ask them to send me an empty box with a shipping label, they took weeks to actually send it, laptop, badge, and any diagnostic tools you held is all they wanted, parts were nuked? They simply don’t care, and managers are so remote, only se them on Teams

The severance policy is you get a cardboard box for your belongings, and a half eaten sandwhich.

Severance pay will be determined by a number of things unless you in a Union, the union contract will tell you exactly what severance you will receive.
If not union, country and local laws, and years of service come into play, if you do get let go 2 minutes after getting told, you will be emailed an offer, if your unsure or feel it’s not right, seek advise, but don’t let anyone pressure you to sign it, once you sign, you lose any right to ever come back at the company, you sign away all your rights, so be sure you’re not getting ripped off.

Seeing as how our work is often mysterious, I can understand your interest in being severed, however, at this time, the technology is not there.
