@dm we are here taking about mass layoffs, not just regular yeary layoffs.
At oracle layoffs happen every month!
Rumours in IDC are that there are voluntary retirement packages that are going to be announced for folks more than 20 + years of service , and for folks who are close to retirement .
No mass scale 9 am email style layoffs, at least in 6 months .
Most probably the Management layers will be flatten.
I hear this every year and it still hasn't happened

- Yes there will be layoffs, there are always layoffs why would FY27 be any different?
- No one can or will tell you details but I’m here to tell you that you can and should assume there will be RIFs, multiple rounds.
- Plan your life and career accordingly.
