Those that applied for the VSP, did you receive any confirmation email after applying?

For the record, my source that said their friends VSP was denied it was due to their role being "essential" and the position not being eliminated. I've known the person who shared this with me for 8 years and I've never known them to lie. Just sharing what I've heard. My confirmation email was sent to my personal email a few minutes after submitting.

No one will be accepted or denied till after 7/2. Anyone that says otherwise is lying. I suspect you'll get confirmation by 7/7-7/8 - either way.

@OP Yes, the confirmation of my submission was sent to my personal email within a few minutes. Now we wait to see if the company accepts.
@a7 wow so you go thru the agony of decision and it’s rejected. That’s just billshit this company has been bullsh-t since coming on here and I’ve hated it. Stayed because I can’t find a better job and now I don’t care. I’m taking the next job offered . The favoritism in the department and disrespect is ridiculous. Surely there has to be better or somebody just shoot me now.

Yes, a confirmation email stating I submitted to accept. No answer yet, but a friend of a friend got notification theirs wasn't being accepted. I'm hopeful this means mine will be accepted.
