Thread regarding Fidelity Investments layoffs

It’s 50%

The hr requirement is 50% for in office time. I’ve seen the policy in writing.

I’m so sick of managers lying about HR saying how terrible they are. I honestly think managers bonuses are tied to the in office attendance.

It was less than 50% before covid for many. 1 or 2 days a week for many.

Prior to Covid the WFH requirement was working in the office 50 percent of the time so many would leave in the afternoon on Wednesday to finish the day at home and WFH Thur and Fri.
It was a FINRA rule but since Covid the rule has been relaxed and has not reverted back so this is a Fidelity thing not a compliance with FINRA situation.
