Looks like KB and DD lob’s are impacted maybe due to the number of resources in there bucket. Whereas JJ’s lob is untouched. Thoughts ?

@bf How hard is it to just type the name? Because the sentence isn't even clear if the post is initials of a person or a division in FIS.

@OP I have worked for FIS for a very long time but have no idea what you’re referring to.
My main thought is that people shouldn’t over-use acronyms they are comfortable with - assuming everyone else knows what they mean.
