When I was laid off, I told a bunch of key accounts how they were not truly reporting all SLA misses and even encouraged hiding them. I just told them, I'd strongly look at competing solutions during the renewal period. Hopefully it took and they are now starting to bail. Good.

Best part of today is another survey regarding client focus. But how should I reply to “How likely are you to recommend fis as a place to work?”
