@cg - I could see this happening! For real though, the Actuarial teams are already the Hunger Games. They are Siloed by VP/Executive Director and compete against each other. Each leader building their own processes, methods and data while often working against each other instead of working together. Bring on the latest games!
@c6 supposedly Matt Mize said that they will have a Survivor-style competition DURING the annual holiday party in Chicago to determine who is laid off first from actuarial. Specifics of the event are TBD but will likely conclude with a chicken wing eating contest at Mother Hubbard’s.
Per my source, Actuary and Client Analytics will have cuts in December.
