Am I the only one who is worried about Q3 results and what that'll mean for us? We know this leadership will use all and any opportunity to justify even more layoffs, and this could be a prime one.

@dh FFIV up 130% in 2 years w/6,500+ employees
Sure seems like it might not be on verge of collapse
Sure seems like it fully recovered from the security breach
A company that prioritizes making a profit so it can stay in business and continue to offer jobs, benefits, to 6,500+ employees - sort of seems like what any company tries to do, from 1 employee to 200,000 employees
If you can do better, do it
Insulting F5, its leadership, its employees, is doing nothing - certainly not making you feel better considering how often you have to do it
Frankly, all the attention you still give it shows your jealousy of F5 more than anything
@d5 you win Joe
@bd Time to move on. Not healthy. You’ll be laid off again by a different company… your startup company will fail… your new Porsche will get a scratch… you’ll get cancer. Get used to it. Roll with it.
Everyone worried about being laid off. Don’t. It’ll happen. It won’t make sense. It’ll feel unfair. And it might be unfair. But you can either accept this fact and when it happens you move on. Or you can stress yourself out for no reason, feel anxious all the time, let hate consume you, give yourself health problems.
Kind of like death. You’re going to die someday (shocking, I know). Get over it now. Worrying about it won’t prevent it. Again… worrying about it won’t prevent it (layoffs). Just live day to day. Do your best, because that’s all you can do. Go take a walk and stop thinking. That’s $100,000 worth of therapy.
No mass layoffs coming.
No significant hiring coming.
Rinse and repeat the last few quarters.
Individual results may vary.
@OP that's why they hired new Chief Resource Officer specialising in executing "hasta la vista, baby" actions.
@OP for those of us that have already thrown to the curb as trash the Q3 earnings report is a who cares
