KD has done an excellent job of inculcating staff into new speak and all things dei and inclusion.

The company must strengthen the forest by cutting out the dead wood and the diseased and unhealthy trees. The strong surviving trees will ensure a healthy and thriving forest for years to come. Those who will no longer be with us will shift their whining and carping to The Layoff page of whatever company is unfortunate enough to hire them.
@c3 knowing BP they’ll only do this for mid-level employees. The VPs and SVPs will be magically spared. And more work will be piled on the managers and frontline employees who remain.

KD is getting up there. And paid well. Fingers crossed.
They’re going to cut people who’ve been here longer and have higher salaries. Then replace them with cheaper, younger employees.
