@dj one would think that people would eventually learn to ignore this type of post. Sadly, no.
@10q Generally WARN notices are required at least 60 days from departure of affected employees. Employees get notified after the WARN notices are posted.
WARN notices very by each state and based on percentage of how many people are being laid off is a WARN notice required. Also the notice is not posted until employees are notified they are being let go. And keep in mind we have a lot of contractors and H1 and we have the low hanging fruit hanging on past their date.
Please STOP with the WARN notices. WARN notice only required if mass layoff or facility closure. Anybody who works here knows how they do. Two here six there = no WARN notice required
