Check your pay grade (My HR), then go to The Hub and type in "severance" in the search bar. The first one that pulls up shows severance info. Scroll over to page 9 and there you will find the severance pay scale.

No headcount yet but HR just got an email from Laurie that we will see cuts in our area.

Whoever is saying 7000-7500 more is just stirring the pot and causing more stress. That isn’t anywhere at all.

I was monitoring karen head count in my success from the day it was announced and now . I see a decline of 500 count .

LA CEO Rick Born was Fired with immediate effect. Rick told everybody he is retiring and moving to with his family to Texas. Yeah right.
EVP/VP/Directors/Managers are not retiring. They are all laid off.
@ffr+1nVfVmvp the two SVPs are Brian Correia (SVP Network Services) and Frank Moffett (SVP PBM Govt Services). This was announced in an email from David Joyner, sent out 8/1/23.
An email from Jeff Goddard on 8/2/23 announced reorganizations that would impact Matt Kalgren, John Conroy, Tom Burke, and Jason Lee. They are not leaving the company, rather the changes are organizational in nature. The email states that "The responsibilities of our segment FP&A, Controllership and Client Audit teams will not change."
Kelly Munson, Senior VP Aetna Medicaid is leaving. Her last day is Friday.
Caremark president sent an email to PBM colleagues yesterday referencing Karen's email. Two senior VPs - one in network services and another in government services - will be retiring. There will be organizational changes to be announced in the coming weeks.
