Broken Culture Syndrome - Defined

Someone put to paper what we’ve known for a while. https://mitsloan.mit.edu/ideas-made-to-matter/does-your-company-suffer-broken-culture-syndrome
Who thinks we are under the toxic collapse phase? Micromanagement. Instilling fear. Widespread mistrust. Poor integrity. Vast arrogance. Do what I say not what I do. Number 1 on how to address this…
Clear out all the noise and focus on what’s causing broken culture syndrome in your organization, because it is likely the cause of your most pressing business problems.

But when what’s broken starts at the very top, how does one change culture from within? The new board members don’t seem to be making a difference… now what?

CLO behavioral and HR culture team, or even TG do any of you all want to take this question and address here since this is an anonymous forum. You all hide behind whatever you find and not answer any questions as asked in any of your forums, meetings, and huddles. This is your chance to address it. Take away the stage and answer.

Ignore it. Switch off and tune out. Just take the money until they work out you're just miking it. With our insightful supervision and management you should be able to do that for 10 years or so 😁

Psychology has shown that "When there are more mice in the cage than food, the mice become very aggressive."

We have too many mice for our commodity driven corporation. That is why our internal culture has changed to "aggressive".
