Is offshore using WorkIQ? Are they being monitored? That’s what I wanna know. I’m tired of hearing roosters and sheep in the background.

if you are a workIQ admin - why not be more transparent with your post and factually explain how it all works - instead of trying to talk down to people who live in some level of fear daily. This place is a micromanagement trustless company

@vq hysterical, our Director just told us yesterday she was double or triple booked all week. You can't make this chit up.
The software is unreliable and inconsistent. Based on the set up from the uneducated administrators not understanding clinical and non-clinical job roles. The woman that set it up in the past (KB) shared she just looked at it all day to find ways to accuse individuals of not doing their job.
@t6 so many double and triple booked people - everyday -all day - I hope they never leave - how will this company survive if we lose people who are so important?
The elite ones in each group, meetings are all day long 5 days a week, work finishes on its own, so no WorkIQ.
New version will be used to train AI. Company will extract everything you have learned and collected over the years. Claim it for themselves and you’ll get nothing in return.
@b4 you realize that this only applies to line staff. it won't touch directors who are the biggest offenders of unproductive time and endless PTO. Some of us have decided to set up a teams group that includes the director and manager so we can make a record for getting up.

@a5 of course it will. They have done it. Work IQ has been around for 10+ years. It is a way to monitor and ensure that the worker bees are working continuously. It's used to get rid of people, but it is also used psychologically. Why do you think they tell everyone that they are being watched....
Certain parts of the company have been using this software for close to 15 years, so it isn't anything new. It is a tracker on your pc to monitor activity (what applications you use, how long you are in them, active vs inactive time, key strokes, mouse clicks, and even screen shots).
What is it?
I also feel it will be used for future RIFs.
