With the t mobile and sprint merger coming together, I would expect lots of human capital movement in reducing redundant head count in their organization within the next 5 years.
However, I would imagine that new positions will open and they would love to acquire talent from outside such as from Verizon to fill ranking leadership positions.
Thoughts?
Also, side note once they figure out how to integrate smoothly (rocky road), deploy 5g effectively (no easy task), streamline billing, operations and processes (4 year sh– show) I think they will emerge a stronger competitor than when they were going at it alone.
With that being said, I think Verizon will have to continue to try and lay us off to save money even though we are now back on revenue up swing based on our 10k report.
