They did get rid of all the deadwood, watch intel soar the next few years.
It will be huge growth with compelling new products on mutiple fronts.
Massive output from and cost efficiencies from 10nm, 14nm and 22nm.
All is good now the deadwood is gone and the performers can shine. All starts with the coming quarterly announcements.
Many URMs were framed and fired during the ACT by managers who do not even have a degree!!!

It is NOT true that URM are untouchable.
In fact, there were many URMs that were laidoff last year due to ACT.
Intel has to fire only two under performers BK and Stacey Smith. After that no need to fire anyone. Intel will do much better.

The under performers are in charge. They arent likely to fire themselves
