State Farm management changes 2018 and 2019

Do you think we'll be able to see any major management changes here at State Farm in 2019 or this year? If yes, what do you expect to see?

No change in management will take place, All is going as planned, just another insurance company that wants to take in the money and provide poor service when the insured has a claim.

The management change needs to be STOP LISTENING TO CONSULTANTS! Outside companies do not understand the SF culture. We were a family. We worked hard and looked out for each other on a daily basis which allowed us to really, really care about our customers. Now it's just a factory - do more with less and the customers know it. Management needs to wake up b4 its 2 late.
