Do you think we'll be able to see any major management changes here at State Farm in 2019 or this year? If yes, what do you expect to see?

Sales leaders are diffinetly on the chopping block total waste of resources to many vp falling all over each other significant waste of PH dollars.
You better brace in i think some major changes coming across the board at every level in the enterprise.
I see field leadership going Thur another transition in conjunction with almost all support levels going to asr
Sales leaders gone total waste and ambassador travel done.
No change in management will take place, All is going as planned, just another insurance company that wants to take in the money and provide poor service when the insured has a claim.
@1sfl - - Exactly right!!
The management change needs to be STOP LISTENING TO CONSULTANTS! Outside companies do not understand the SF culture. We were a family. We worked hard and looked out for each other on a daily basis which allowed us to really, really care about our customers. Now it's just a factory - do more with less and the customers know it. Management needs to wake up b4 its 2 late.
