Reading posts below, you have a Sr. Director, "Big D", that has stated the poorly executed transition to NCR can not be rectified as it should, (bringing back out sourced MST staff), due to obligation to "shareholders" and costs. I ask you this, and hopefully a qualified CEO will respond. You have a greater obligation to the stores team, for without us you do not have shareholders. We have an escalating serious problem with the IT support, or should I say lack of, that is affecting the service to our customer and we are losing sales because of it.
NCR on Probation, REALLY!!!!! I would say this poor performance in only 3 months should equate to "YOU ARE FIRED"! You expect us to go into 4Q with lack of IT support and make plan? I think not. We have too much at risk, and if you have to be told this, you should be looking for another job. I would call the executives that made this decision before the shareholders and let them go , without severance!
