Why VDSI lost its brand value..what was the reason for such a dent..once upon time it's a dream company..now no one is interested to work.. couple of reasons

Spineless leadership by shanks and KS ruined our once proud vdsi. Worst part is they were vdsi and sold us out
and did you expect anything less from verizon? The company is on a downward spiral. The customers are already feeling the effects. Only reason the stock stays at decent levels is the dividend. That will stop as soon as they run out of money.
Wow to bad join the club. You took all our jobs with your low wages and working 24x7. Now you see how the company really treats you. Basically you came in working 24x7 and for minimal wages and now it will be expected. What the company doesn't understand is that they are creating a bunch of burnt out resentful people who will do anything to avoid verizon including getting all their friends and family off their plans. it's all yours. No one wants to work there after how they replaced everyone with low technical skilled contractors, low wages, and willing to work 24x7/365. Now you want work life balance and higher wages :) . Maybe they should have stuck with their highly skilled workforce.
Very true.no one is interested because of unnecessary stress and pressure..meaning less followups...releases are worst in wireless.. duplicate efforts.. constant worry on Chennai manager s targeting Hyderabad folks. Quality of manager is so worst in vdsi.they personally target people. Attrition will be high in coming months
