I am thinking about leaving this JOB to actually find a career either going to trade school, college or something else. (Now I am not trying to brag or looking for praise.)I started as a part time cart pusher but am now full time. I received a good employee evaluation.
Many times when we are understaffed and only one cart pusher was scheduled I have asked if I could stay past my scheduled shift to help the other cart pushers close. I am not a slacker and I have shown up to work and done what was asked even though I hate doing other jobs I did not apply for.
To be succinct despite the fact that I am a full time cart pusher I don't like this job. I think Sam's Club is unprofessional, unorganized, distressing and dysfunctional. I am not sure if anyone else shares these sentiments. However I am really considering looking for a career of some sort and leaving. What do you all think?
