Anyone below third level from top and just above people who does the actual work must be terminated first but that did not happened. Instead , these middle management targeted the actual hard worker that actually builds the company .
Terminating middle management is possible by introducing the real agile, this will flatten the hierarchy and makes team productive there by bring value.
