- They do not "innovate" as they always claim, they buy other companies that have good ideas or products and slap a uhg sticker on them.
- Vital signs is nothing more than a bragging rights ploy to boast about to their peers in the industry about how "in touch " with the employees
- Any healthcare corporation that is a "for profit " company is NOT for your health.
- Hiring supervisors, managers, and sometimes even directors from outside the company without ANY knowledge of the job and employees that they are going to be in charge of is a damn stupid thing to do and will do damage.
- Senior leadership has nothing on its collective mind other than $$$, they dont think of "core values" etc...
- HR Direct does NOT have the employees interest in mind at all.
Just call them with a complaint and you will get their mantra........"rules are based upon departmental needs" and " rules are based upon manager discretion "
- UHG is "the game".. they own it, they make the rules. Good luck if you think you can beat them.
- UHG employees need a union.
