We are being offered for every 10 hours in the field we get an additional week’s pay. Even that will go up! I’d laugh at $2, sure not get excited! Raise your bar on your self worth!

I agree, “too little too late”. What has upper management sacrificed? Low level employees are sacrificing their lives as well as those around them! All the while Dirk and his buddies are safe at home!!
Pony up boys, yes I said boys, no women in senior management anymore! Val left as well as others! Make some sacrifices! Kiss your bonus goodbye! Instead of offering your employees the option of donating, how about you offer your bonus Dirk to those in the field?

DSD is a powerful advantage??? Not if your employees succumb to incurable diseases while on the front lines. How disgusting to peddle unecessary junk food in a time like this, for profit, while risking the health of your workforce. Many other companies have their employees out of the field, but once again Mondelez has shown it's true, greedy self, PROFITS OVER PEOPLE!

Because even if you want to stay home for your health because you are afraid you may contract this deadly disease, we don't care, get out here and work so we can profit!!! Too little, too late Mondelez. Retro pay for being on the frontlines for weeks would have garnered some respect, but 3 weeks in, and finally this? Mondelez, you should be ashamed of yourselves! And who is Mondelez? It's managers, it's executives, it's all the higher ups that have self quarantined themselves, and their families for their health, while sending us disposable employees out on the front lines, of an unknown war zone, that could be deadly to us, AND OUR FAMILIES! Absolutely appalling, and disgusting!!! Sacrificing some low level employees by telling them they are critically important, knowing full well people are dying from this is inexcusable! Need I go on?

A $2 per-hour increase, based on number of hours worked (paid as a lump sum), from today through May 2nd, for our Manufacturing, Distribution and Sales hourly workforce;
A $125 per-week bonus for our Sales Representatives.
