This is not redundancies. Management have rebranded this as a Management Retention Scheme. Because the same people are employed in these positions. This is wrong

He’s the short one with a little one apparently that manufactured his 20 hours overtime a week and gets away with it, he’s done it for the last 15 years week in week out.
Ok yr on furlough. Then made redundant. After the furlough period. Does that not set alarm bells ringing. 90 day consultation or there about. You fate is sealed. That’s wrong those where not on furlough willl be needed during any consolation period. They are playing the game but sailing very close to the wind. Stay alert many tribunals will come of furlough

First, doubtful the citizens of the U.K. share the same mindset of their past Royals, even if they didn’t it wasn’t a democracy.
Second, in both WWI & WWII we acknowledged it was a world-wide or “global” existential threat and poured massive resources into the effort. However, that does not diminish the admiration for the bravery of those from England who fought to protect their own homeland.
Fighting for survival is a common thread the US and the U.K. both share.

Skill level has always been bad here for machinists though. All those top guys been here for years making the same parts over and over again look good but move elsewhere and couldnt set a jelly. And they know it that's why they're still here. Anyone disagrees I'll see them in the car park

Place is so corrupt, seconded people into false positions with no knowledge, understanding, competence or any qualifications to do the jobs.(unlimited uncontrolled overtime though)

Bad incompetence management let the knowledgable and skilled staff go while promoting yes men as they can’t manage properly and have no understanding of what they are doing.
