All makes sense, and not surprising at all, got to eliminate the dead weight. I wouldn't be surprised if they reconfigure the segments again. The leadership in Tax Pros is abysmal, Corporates and Legal seem good enough, it should go down to 2, or go back to where it was 2 years ago and have a separate group for strategic customers that sit on the side and manage all products.
The COO's were a head scratcher from the start, but Jim was loyal to his people, now with someone else calling the shots, it should go back to performance based, not excuse based. Tax Pros needs a complete overhaul, the sub segment leaders are in over their heads and have proven that the only thing they are good at is figuring out ways to pass the blame when they fail and looking for excuses.
