Question - for those responding who are retirement eligible (55 and older with at least 15 years of service), BUT not yet 60 - is the company waiving the 5% per year pension discount by forcing you to retire before 60? Make sure you push back on that.

I am over 40 and was given 21 days to make a decision. July 29th is the day by which I will need to return the paperwork.

Those that are over 40 get 21 days to decide. Those under get 7 days to decided. All decisions are made on 31 July. So 10 July & 24 July respectively.
