Just heard my job is in jeopardy next week, along with 1/3rd of the rest of my team. Apparently they're starting from the bottom this time, youngest ones first. With the senior guys volunteering and the younger guys getting RIFed, makes you wonder how the 40-50% in the middle are going to keep the company going in 10 years. Looks like another huge talent drain that's going to leave a gap in innovation.
