Just heard my job is in jeopardy next week, along with 1/3rd of the rest of my team. Apparently they're starting from the bottom this time, youngest ones first. With the senior guys volunteering and the younger guys getting RIFed, makes you wonder how the 40-50% in the middle are going to keep the company going in 10 years. Looks like another huge talent drain that's going to leave a gap in innovation.

In hoping I get hit with a RIF arrow this time. I'm not gonna hang around this dumpster fire of a company only to get worked hard with no benefit besides a paycheck. I can get a paycheck anywhere, even staying at home so why would I tolerate this treatment at Honeywell. A better question; why would anyone?
HON has no intention of keeping this sinking ship afloat for another 10 months much less 10 years. The whole idea is to extract value then sell the worthless carcass and that's exactly what they are doing. My guess is expect a spin off or sell off in Q4 or Q1 of next year. AERO is finished.
