This is just disheartening. All of these months we heard the rhetoric of Chevron going through a SERIOUS cost management evaluation, only to see that still a bunch of jobs that locals could perfectly do were allocated to VERY EXPENSIVE expats that will DEVELOP their capabilities in the next 3-4 years!!! Really??
What about giving US a chance? We, the ones that are pulling our weight everyday and that have completed every single needed certification and training requirements to climb to the next step in our career ladders?
Disheartening to say the least...to the trash goes the discretionary performance that we are all seeking to see.
