@fgi i suppose you fall into the other 5% of posters on this site: the brown nosers (aka Cenovus management material) who think they're smarter than everyone, and imagine they'll get some kind of magic corporate-karma boost by towing the company line in an anonymous forum. Drink the kool-aid if you want just leave the rest of us alone.
That is literally a list of the top 10 attributes to keep your job at Cenovus. If you have a brain or are good at your job you are seen as a threat and marked for the next round of layoffs.
I see we have our internal Cenovus thought police posting now. Side thought I was having. Wonder if all these safety incidents reduce your retention bonuses??

I agree most people will fall under point 10 but about 95 % of the people posting on this site will fall under points 2,3,7,8
