Renewables are coming. If opec doesn't behave and keep cutting crude to prop up our margins, a huge pay cut may be what you have to take.
@2owo+19F1Zp4m - Does that include bonuses and RSUs? My friends that left took base pay cuts from Exxon but make a lot more in total comp now when including bonus and stock.
Thanks for sharing. Seems all this talk of green jobs is a bunch of BS. Will have to look elsewhere as staying with the tiger horse is no longer an option I want to continue pursuing
