My CIP was direct deposit just like paychecks before I was laid off. Did you get your paychecks in the mail?

started this thread, as I have not received my CIP. Heard from others within the PSCM function they received theirs. Don't want to jump the gun, if it's lost in the mail, but expected some type of communication. Anyway, will give till end of this week and start dialing for dollars.

It came several days ago. Calculation was spot. I didn't assume any performance or BU rankings, but taking the grade level (20%) * .75 Corp, * duration of year completion, adjusted for ~25% taxes and net was spot on. They also sent in mail stub. Thankful was had one.....

The default IPF being 1?

Does anyone know?

CIP is calculated on basis of full quarters worked, is that right? This as opposed to fractional year worked?

I suspect everyone fired got the default rating. Mine is just what it should be given the months I worked, PSG factor and Corp factor.

Yes. Surprised but not surprised they didn’t send a pre or post follow up letter with it.
