Yes, and it was higher than I expected.
My CIP was direct deposit just like paychecks before I was laid off. Did you get your paychecks in the mail?
started this thread, as I have not received my CIP. Heard from others within the PSCM function they received theirs. Don't want to jump the gun, if it's lost in the mail, but expected some type of communication. Anyway, will give till end of this week and start dialing for dollars.
Tried to check with hR BP on calculation and was told contact hr svc ctr. They said contact HR BP. My old boss left so no one else to check with! Sad!
ya i receive me CIP payment. you receive you CIP payment? i was laid off because thay sah i don spells o cant no engwich
It came several days ago. Calculation was spot. I didn't assume any performance or BU rankings, but taking the grade level (20%) * .75 Corp, * duration of year completion, adjusted for ~25% taxes and net was spot on. They also sent in mail stub. Thankful was had one.....
Yep. Free money.
yep. A good amount I may add.
Correct. You can also email your boss who will no doubt be happy to hear from you.
The default IPF being 1?
Does anyone know?
CIP is calculated on basis of full quarters worked, is that right? This as opposed to fractional year worked?
I suspect everyone fired got the default rating. Mine is just what it should be given the months I worked, PSG factor and Corp factor.
Yes. Surprised but not surprised they didn’t send a pre or post follow up letter with it.
Yes, but no info on how it was calculated.
Yes. And did not expect that I would actually receive one.
