First there isn't one payout% this year. Each business unit was assessed on different metrics. The check date is 2/26. Typically , Hans will send out an email right before communications are opened to the supervisors.

STI usually paid out in late February. In early Feb, the CEO gets board approval of STI payout percentage and then announces it to the masses.

Based on the calculations for VBG, 90% sounds about right. Keep in mind each business unit has a separate STI calculation now. It’s not based just on Verizon as a whole.
