VCG 89% so pretty damn good guess if that's your BU.

Maybe we'll know more by tomorrow. Last year Hans sent an email out on 10th of February
omg, where is our email?! my manager told me they'd announce it today, but so far no dice. dying to find out.
Please post your business unit factor.
First there isn't one payout% this year. Each business unit was assessed on different metrics. The check date is 2/26. Typically , Hans will send out an email right before communications are opened to the supervisors.
STI usually paid out in late February. In early Feb, the CEO gets board approval of STI payout percentage and then announces it to the masses.
When is the STI payout scheduled?
What's the good word$$$
Based on the calculations for VBG, 90% sounds about right. Keep in mind each business unit has a separate STI calculation now. It’s not based just on Verizon as a whole.
150 percent for social media self praise
70 percent for results
100%
Execs never short change themselves.
80% based on 4Q earnings and stock price performance over last 52 weeks -7.77% (T-Mobile +55.77%).
With each BU doing their own it will be interesting. I’m thinking 120 easy maybe more.
💯 % 2020 didn’t miss and board may account for Covid response
