I would like to hear people’s thoughts on this and what I see as a massive failure by HR and Drew.
They merge two companies and put us all together in this virtual world with no direction or help. They put two different cultures together with no guiding principles, at least none that we see on our team.
We are having meetings with our counterparts from each company and each side thinks their side is better. The only thing that matters is where your manager or director is from. If they are from Husky you are doing everything the way Husky did it. If they are from Cenovus you do it how Cenovus did it.
There is no facilitation by HR or anyone else to see how we are getting along or how the culture shift is working. You can’t throw two companies together and walk away and think you did your job.
