15% attrition acceptable to HR

Up to 15% attrition is considered to not be a problem by HR. They will only look at benefit changes if we exceed 15% voluntary attrition. Don’t include 8% PIP and retirements.

Does anyone actually know what the current attrition is or just fear mongering? I hear midland is high but the work is still being done or has any work stopped? until work stops, nothing will change

BTC attrition much higher when you consider everyone actively looking. No continuity whatsoever.
