Disconnected company culture

Someone mentioned exactly what bothers me the most in this company - there is no good communication and there is a big disconnect within the company. Managers aren’t tightly in sync with workers and they should be. It's frustrating. I don’t know if the leadership is even aware of how big a problem this is in this company?

Leadership is aware. The Your Voice surveys provide plenty of insight. They have infinite opportunities to ensure all levels of management improve. If you've seen no improvement within your team structure, it's intentional. People tell you and show you who they are every single day.
