Someone mentioned exactly what bothers me the most in this company - there is no good communication and there is a big disconnect within the company. Managers aren’t tightly in sync with workers and they should be. It's frustrating. I don’t know if the leadership is even aware of how big a problem this is in this company?

The questions are rigged, and they never ask questions that they don't want to hear about.
Your voice surveys are rigged. Trust me, somehow the number will magically be better than last year again.
The true disconnect is with the work from home holdouts, which will resolve itself soon.
