Most of the employees at Wells Fargo are honest and hardworking. But the truth is that we work for a once-respected bank who’s name is now synonymous with fraud and scandal. We are the only top bank under a federal asset cap, we continue to get hit with new fines for new issues, our CEO has said that more regulatory issues are “likely”, we appear to be unable to provide proper restitution to our defrauded customers, and have not yet gotten our oversight issues corrected.
The question is:
Can a respectable person, who is working for a non-respectable company, have a “respectable career”?
