Jan 4 Vax Date

Just got the email saying we need to provide proof of vaccination/exemption between Jan 4-Feb 1. Does anyone know if you choose not to get the vaccine, or apply for a religious exemption what will happen?

The court finding about the lack of rational basis is a ki---r, and because it is based on factual findings, it will be extremely difficult for the Administration to overturn it on appeal. The appellate court must defer to the District Court on its factual findings, absent clear error. But the District Court carefully cited the evidence it relied on. And the evidence was almost all from admissions by CMS, and not the evidence provided by the states. Because of that, it will be almost impossible for an appellate court to overturn the District Court’s factual findings based on CMS’s own admissions.

The reason they keep pushing it back is because it's still in the courts. First or was December 8, now it's Jan 4. When its all said and done the company will be liable if they mandate it. Go for a religious exemption that's probably your best bet

You will be put on UNPAID leave of absence, can'y use personal or vacation days, won't accrue vacation days, will be billexd directly for medical, dental benefits since NO paycheck and eventually removed from active employment. BYE

@sml+1e3QPro7, he asked what will happen if he doesn’t get the shot or get exemptions by Feb 1st. As of right now he will be put in unpaid leave for 60 days then removed from the payroll and will no longer work at Verizon.

This is just the facts you can blame whoever you want for the mandate but unless there is a major about face in policy nothing is changing.
