For those that have already quit (or those that may know about health insurance): I currently have the POS II B plan. In retrospect, I should have picked the cheaper POS II A plan, as I plan to quit this month to focus building my start-up.
When HR sends COBRA information, does quitting count as a "life changing event" and I can I elect for the cheaper plan? Or am I stuck with POS II B for as long as I use COBRA?
Also, for those who left... were you able to find cheap but quality healthcare on the "open market"? Do you recommend continuing coverage via COBRA or finding a new plan?
