Keep all documentation relating to your termination. The truth is coming out regarding this "pandemic", the vaccines, etc. The courts will eventually rule these mandates as unconstitutional. It will happen sooner rather than later. Project Veritas press releases this week are blowing the lid off the entire COVID-19 narrative. This isn't conspiracy theorist nonsense. This is hard, documented evidence - most of it in the form of US government reports & memos. It is very damaging evidence against the CDC, the NIH, proof that Fauci lied about the origins of this virus, proof of gain-of-function origination, proof of suppression of common curative medicines, etc. Yes, politicians are stupid. Yes, all this was actually put in writing in official government reports. Yes, Project Veritas now has their hands on all this data and is releasing it to the public.
This will turn the tide of public opinion. The courts will follow suit. The mandates will be struck down.
When that happens, hire a lawyer and sue Honeywell. Punch them in the financial nuts. Every employee who has been laid off from any company because of the vaccine mandate should do the same. Once the tide turns, public opinion will become outrage. You'll have an easy victory (Honeywell will settle).

Untreated, covid's death rate is about 100x deadlier than the flu. The exact number depends how old or sick you are otherwise.

For the US:
838,000 died of covid and about 140,000 died in the same time period of fentanyl.
Where you all are confused is that you are requoting a Facebook viral post from a month ago, but it was specifically talking about causes of death of people between 18-45 years old.
Additionally, the world death rate is about 0.01% annually.
So, if everyone gets covid, and 5% (as the poster claimed) die of it, yes, it's a big deal. Now treatments exists so it's nowhere near 5% anymore. Unfortunately, if you don't have a working medical infrastructure, you end up burning bodies in the streets like India did.

If you are going to make a point, try making it maybe a tiny bit believable. Over 800,000 have died of Covid. Too many have died from fentanyl. Not disputing that and it is China that is ki----g American citizens with that poison. Something like 40,000 fentanyl deaths last year.
I recorded my convo also but I didn't make it obvious or tell them. There's no reason to let them know, at least in Arizona it's completely legal. I don't think there was too much that can be used except there was yet another instance where they are duplicitous with the termination terminology. File a request to see / get a copy of your hr jacket. Depending on the state you live in you can review it x times per year. You can then ask for corrections if there is a mistake - there is a process. That may not change the outcome but that gives you an way to respond in a calm and logical manner, and have it part of your jacket.

I had a meeting Friday with HR. The HR Rep refused to continue the meeting with me recording the conversation. I just want documentation about what is going on, for both my protection and theirs. I was not given any notice of being put on un paid leave on Friday, Instead I was informed they would contact me later. Well no communication, so I showed up to work at 5 am this morning for work only to have my badge being deactivated. So I was never informed on what was going on or anything.
CDC director admitted on TV this weekend that 75% of Rona de@ths had 4 or more comorbidities.
Every location can decide their own fate. We in AZ and TX will refuse all vaccines as this is against our US constitution and religious freedom rights. We remain convinced the courts and SCOTUS will see it that way. And if not, after the new congress comes online it will. We may never know for sure how many died FROM Covid, or tested positive WITH Covid while admitted to the hospital for other issues & with comorbidities. However, the most recent report from the CDC shows that currently the number of deaths that are caused by COVID-19 ONLY are actually 5% and the number may actually be less, because the CDC shares there may be “a lack of detail” about the other conditions that contributed to the death. @1xtt If the SCOTUS rules against the mandate (I think they will at least in part), that won't stop a private company from having a "you must be vaccinated to work here" policy. They won't "force" you to take the vaccine. It's your choice. My choice will be to work at a company that does not require me to have the vaccine. Some will require it, some won't. Why would you fight so hard to work for a company that you so strongly philosophically disagree with? Go work for "like minded people".
