I quit XOM in 2012, when I left I recall my pension was some d-mb amount like $200/month. I woukd rather take it as a lump sum now. Is that possible? Who would I call?

I believe you have to opt for the lump sum within the first 90 days or something...best to call the Benefits line to be sure.
Be sure to let us know what you find out. Curious
Hoping it works out for you! I still get pension updates from the company I left 25 years ago and I was able to pull the money out in a lump sum years after I had left, so fingers crossed you’ll be able to work it out with xom.
Maybe, I know someone that left in 2015-16 that was offered the buyout but it wasn’t widely publicized until 2020.
XOM Benefits 1-800-682-2847 or www.exxonmobil.com/benefits. Good luck!
Thanks for the website to the second poster. To the first poster, dude why so rude? I am asking a very legitimate Q on how XOM seperation works.
have a look at www.exxonmobilfamily.com - there are some numbers you can call.
