As a proud member of the WFDS (Wells Fargo Deadwood Society), I'd like to ask my fellow Deadwoodies why they are staying at WF, and what it would take to nudge them out the door.
First, let's define a "Deadwoodie" as a current WF employee who is "Retirement Eligible". Age 55 plus 10 years of service, or the sum of your age plus years of service being equal or greater than 80.
So. Why are you still here...? What would it take to get you to leave...?
My answers: The job is easy, the money is good, and I've got nothing better to do. I'd leave today if they offered me a severance. Otherwise, I'll probably stick around for who knows how long...
