I interviewed with the Meraki group a few years ago, while I was still at Cisco. It was an eye opening experience. I wasn't impressed at all.....a bunch of 20 and 30-somethings who thought they could do no wrong, and thought they had total control over their customers. Overall, better than average today. If you are looking for a long term career, maybe seek out a more modern company.
