Since when does management have a coherent message or a plan that involves actual strategy?

And this is why WF will never be successful. Leadership says things they know nothing about and continue to work in silo’s. While it is not industry standard for business lines like WIM to have performance goals/objectives/reviews, Barry tried and failed to get rid of them when he first joined. However, there are multiple MRAs where WF has committed to the regulators that everyone will get a PM review so it’s not going away anytime soon. In fact, one of those MRAs was failed late last year so yeah……not anytime soon.
